Throw aside what burdens you

                           The wise Elk

Elk, a wild animal belonging to the family of deer, consists of rough skin, branchy sharp antlers, and of course runs as swiftly as a deer undoubtedly. During the winter, the elk which eats a ton of grass and plants in summer does not consume the same amount of food due to frequent snowing. This is when the elk find survival very challenging that it has to remove what is not required. Thus the elk breaks its antlers that free it from being burdened.

The lesson that  I am driving home is if elk lets go of what is hampering it, why can't we?

It is we who have been carrying in us something happened in donkey's years, be it if someone has abused us verbally or physically, fought with us for some reasons, found fault with us, treated us so badly, avenged us for the past.

Let us let go of what is pressing us down, suppressing our growth, and let us break the chains of burdens like the elf.
